Hartford residents pick theatre seats for Spotlight Theatres Front Street location opening end of summer 2012 in Hartford, CT

Spotlight Theatres, Inc, in association with The HB Nitkin Group and Alerion Services, LLC announces results from their "Pick Your Seat" theatre chair promotion. The public was asked to test 8 different possible seating choices with the winning chair to be used in the new Spotlight Theatres Front Street location opening later this year at Adriaen's Landing, Hartford, CT.
Over 1700 people cast their vote electronically and results are as follows:
"We are very pleased with the response to our seat promotion and I think the people of Hartford and surrounding community made a great choice picking a seat produced by Greystone Seating.", said Joseph Paletta III, President & CEO of Spotlight Theatres, Inc. Ben Stanton, National Sales Manager for Greystone Seating thanks the community of Hartford, CT for selecting their chair. "The current movie-going public demands premium amenities when deciding where to spend their entertainment dollar. We are pleased to present Hartford with our aptly named Kingston Premium Rocker model. However, I cannot see exhibitors' willingness to absorb spiral- ling concessions costs. We are already operating on very slim margins and will find ways to pass along price-increases to the consumer in some form or fashion. Frankly, movie theaters that do not turn a profit on their investment will go out of business.
